I don’t exactly remember where I got this recipe, but I think it might have been inside a box of oven cooking bags.

Ingredients:

• 6 oz. fresh sausage links
• 1 small onion, sliced
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
• 1 71⁄2-oz. can whole tomatoes
• 1 tbsp. green chilis
• 1 pork bouillon cube
• 1 1⁄4 lbs. pork ribs
• 1 medium zucchini, sliced
• 1 green bell pepper, chopped

Directions:

Brown sausage, onion, & garlic. Transfer to oven cooking bag. Add remaining ingredients and close bag. Make 3 slits. Bake at 350° for 1 1⁄2 hours.
